Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that ordering multiple sizes of the same item for fitting purposes is not supported.
Returns based on size fitting may be declined or processed strictly in accordance with our return conditions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Or you can independently contact local logistics companies to return the parcel to the address we provide. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Product return is an integral part of retail sales. However, not all items are eligible for return. Every clothing item has a tag attached reading "Once this ribbon is removed, you can no longer return the garment". Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. Non-returnable items include those that do not match their original condition. Items eligible for return must be undamaged, free of makeup, body products, deodorants, perfumes, animal hair, stains, odors or any signs of wear, and must be unworn and unwashed. All returnable items must have original tags/ribbons, original packaging boxes. All items will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival back to our warehouse. If the item is returned in a non-original condition, this may result in a dry cleaning fee or refusal. Altered items cannot be returned.

Returns and Exchanges for Discounted Products
Please note that items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discounts are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. We recommend reviewing your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

Please note: Dress length, width, or style preferences (such as skirt length being too long or too short) are not considered valid reasons for return or exchange.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to place a new order separately and return the original item in accordance with our return policy. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been accepted. If accepted, your refund will be processed according to our refund policy. Please note that exchange items are subject to availability and cannot be reserved while your return is in transit.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. Returned items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and security ribbon attached, and in their original packaging. Please note that this right does not apply to items that are made to order, customized, personalized, or otherwise excluded under applicable law. If an item shows signs of wear, use, perfume, body odor, makeup, stains, removed tags/security ribbon or alteration, the refund may be refused or reduced where permitted by law.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  Please allow up to 5 business days for the inspection. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days after approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that "Anel Tashe " does not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at checkout, nor those paid upon receipt at the destination country’s customs office. For a tax refund, it is recommended to contact the local customs office directly.

"Anel Tashe" does not cover return shipping costs. Return postage will not be reimbursed, and the original shipping costs of returned items will not be refunded, except in cases of defective items.

For orders that are refused upon delivery, rejected by customs, or returned to us due to unpaid duties, taxes, failed delivery or customs issues, any incurred duties, taxes, return shipping fees and related charges may be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that refunds for such orders may take up to 30 days to process, depending on the courier, customs and payment provider.

Pre-order
Please note that pre-ordered items are not eligible for exchange or return. Once a pre-order is placed, it is considered final.
